Breakfast is generally served between 08.00 and 09.30 but this is flexible. Just let us know your preferred breakfast time and choice the night before so that we can make sure that it is ready for you; we cook it in the aga to make it extra delicious!! If you have any specific dietary requirements please let us know in advance so that these can then be catered for.
We always offer a selection of cereals, Greek yogurt and berries, followed by a traditional ‘aga-cooked’, ‘full English’ breakfast or any combination thereof with lots of organic white or seeded toast to follow. Of course with local jams and marmalade! (Wild blueberry is my favourite when its available!)
All produce is locally sourced; our sausages, bacon and black pudding are from Pork Heaven from Devon where Jeannie and Will produce everything on the farm in Stoodleigh. They have won “The Best of Sausages” for three consecutive years, 2012-2014, with Taste of The West, the UK’s largest and most prestigious food and drink event. In 2014 they also awarded them the coveted “Champion Product” with their humble Butcher’s Classic Pork Sausage which we serve for breakfast! Our eggs are from our local free range producers Exe Valley Eggs and they too, are Gold Award Winners at the Taste of the West!
There are a variety of teas available including Earl Grey, green and peppermint and fresh coffee with as many refills as you would like!
